The experience I had with Dr. Sundheimer and her team was absolutely phenomenal. I came off 3 failed IUI rounds and felt defeated. They helped me find my confidence and supported me the entire way. IVF is an exhausting process, physically and mentally, and Dr. S and the team were great the entire way. I will forever be grateful for my son. I have achieved the dream I’ve had since I was little with the help of the NB office (and San Diego).
I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. My wife chose this center for an egg freezing procedure based on her company’s benefits program. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was not the right place to undergo such a delicate and critical process. This center values profit far more than patient care. The team at Kindbody is so sweet, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. The doctors and nurses really know what they are doing and are happy to answer any questions you have. Their portal is easy to navigate and easily organized. The one issue I had was with their billing department. There were multiple times where they over or double charged us. To respond to your comment: Yas, I am real. If you truly cared, that concern should have been shown during my fertility procedure, not now. You never even bothered to provide an official report about my treatment. What happened? Instead of questioning whether I’m real, why don’t you address which part of my review you believe is inaccurate? Extremely Disappointing Experience! My experience with Dr. Lauren and her team was deeply frustrating and emotionally exhausting. From the very beginning, red flags were evident, though I regret not listening to them. The initial consultation lasted barely 15 minutes, during which Dr. Lauren focused almost entirely on selling me a bundled egg freezing package.
