I would give zero stars if I could. This place gives you the run around. They are all attentive for your first few appointments then when you have billing questions no one can ever respond to portal messages or when you call they never call back. Each financial person tells you something different and that services are approved and covered then they hit you with a huge bill. I love this place. I was recommended by a friend and I have since recommended a few of my friends. They are friendly and very thorough.
Very bad service and ethics, mainly focused on money. After 4 years of service , after everything was paid in full, I received another bill In month of February of 2025 Tried to contact accounting - no direct contact was given , was told they will call you as of 02/14/2025. This clinic is know for bad business practices.
They were quick in and out. Knew what they were doing. The ultrasound room was well equipped and had supplies like pads, wipes, etc. Less painful, very smooth and caring ultrasound tech and phlebotom. Kudos to the team!
