I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Hoffman Estates clinic. I first started at Kindbody in 2022, after leaving a different clinic, they were a breath of fresh air! Dr. Jeelani was a dream to work with and my nurse Carly was top-notch. I always felt like I was in the best care and had open and honest communication with my team about next step. Over the course of four years, we completed six IVF cycles with this clinic and paid tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. We trusted them with one of the most important and emotionally difficult experiences of our lives. I wish I could give 0 stars! My wife and I established care with KindBody after 2 missed miscarriages in 9 months a few months back. Our initial visit with Dr. Cooper and her NP was great, but was downhill since then. We were never told that if we needed procedures like (egg retrieval, embryo transfer etc.) that they are only done at their West Loop location. The staff at Hoffman are the absolute best, so kind, friendly, helpful and empathetic! Love the team!
Overall, my experience at Vios has left much to be desired. I have been a patient of the practice for 7 months, and during this time I have virtually seen my doctor twice and spoken with her twice on the phone. I underwent a lot of testing for RPL before we set any plan. During that time, two blood samples of mine got lost between Vios and LabCorp and I had to return to the office for them to be redone.
