KindBody’s billing practices are fully negligent and unethical. Don’t go here. They are in the business of taking advantage of vulnerable women by pressuring them to commit to treatments and pay quickly. Once your pre-paid treatment is done, they’ll try and charge you for it - again - because their billing department doesn’t credit your pre-payment against services rendered. I went to the Flat Iron clinic and saw Abby Fernandez. She was compassionate, very informative, and extremely helpful and supportive. I cannot recommend her enough.
Just finished my first egg retrieval! Overall a great experience with Kindbody. Clean facilities, doctors were responsive via the portal, and the medication instructions & pricing were very clear & transparent. I did have a few billing issues which were sorted out after I sent some inquiries -- but that is in no part reflective of the great care that I received from the doctors, medical team and ppl on-site. Thank you Kindbody for making fertility not so scary... and for giving me a choice over my body.
