An amazing experience with a difficult process. They were supportive the whole way.
I have not posted a negative review before, but given that Kindbody has owed me just under $1,000 (by their own calculations) for over a year now and has yet to send me the check they've been promising me for over four months despite multiple follow-ups, I feel I have no choice. This is on top of a couple other awful experiences I had. Please note, I did absolutely love my doctor, but she is no longer there. I had a really disappointing experience with Kindbody Fertility Clinic. My initial consult with Dr. J was awkward, as there were too many people on the call. From the start, I felt rushed into treatments without proper explanation or care for my specific situation. After 3 rounds of IUI and a year of trying naturally, Dr. J quickly pushed me toward IVF without exploring other options or considering why treatments weren’t working even though I am only 30.
