I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jeelani and the entire team at Kindbody. I wish I could accurately rate Kindbody with 0 stars. The most unorganized company I have ever been unfortunate enough to work with. They truly made mistakes at every single step- from transferring my records from my previous facility (my doctor retired, he was the absolute best!) and losing them THREE times, to scheduling errors, the nurses providing inaccurate information. The experience has been trying, yet fantastic. It is honestly a grueling situation if you have to go thru it but I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Dr. Jeelani was absolutely phenomenal. All of our questions were answered even the bullshit ones I felt like throwing out there to see if it was a good fit or not. Updated- got my miracle baby and still more than thrilled with Dr. Alvarez and the entire team at Kindbody. Still waiting for our baby, but Dr. Alvarez, all the staff and nurses at Kindbody are great! There are nice and prompt to my care.
Our process was anything but easy due to unforeseen new medical challenges. We underwent a few FETs with frozen embryos until we figured out my protocol that would work. I had been dx years ago with premature ovarian failure and we discovered som systematic inflammation during treatment.
