Avoid like the plague. I had no reason to think my experience was not isolated until I stumbled across the Bloomberg podcast on Kindbody. Then it all started to make sense, how this practice prioritized rapid growth and profit generation over patient care. The nurses and staff are more like salespeople trying to upsell services prematurely and at times unnecessarily. My husband and I are choosing to pursue services elsewhere. Kindbody was unable, for months, to tell us what our costs would be for the entire process/freezing we wanted to do with them - even when they got back to us, it was directing us to someone else. They scheduled my husband for tests and could not tell him in advance of the appointment what the tests would be for. Agree with another review that these departments do not interact with each other. Convenient clinic if you are young with no form of complications and a very easy and simple fertility case. Definitely not equipped to handle anyone outside that description - not real doctors. This is a typical private equity machine akin to a med spa. Complete rip off - go to a real fertility doctor if you want actual results.
