RUN! I have never worked with a more unprofessional, disorganized, and downright irresponsible group of doctors. From wildly disorganized billing and admin to irresponsible and highly risky procedures, do not go here.
I really can't speak highly enough of my experience at Kindbody! While I mostly went to the Flatiron location for appointments, I went to Bryant Park for the retrieval. I felt so supported and cared for throughout the entire process. Every doctor, nurse and staff member I met at Kindbody was so genuinely warm and kind, which makes such a difference in an overwhelming process (thank you especially to Dr. Lipkin and Annalise).
