Just finished my first egg retrieval cycle so this is only a review for the Aurora location and all the services I received there. It was a very timely and organized place, and is one of their busier locations. Each time I needed to get labs and ultrasounds done, they were always done on time. Everyone was nice and there is free parking which is a plus.
Extremely grateful for the Kindbody team for getting us through IVF. It isn’t easy, but it can be so rewarding. The Aurora staff was wonderful! We were very fortunate to have started our journey Dec 2023 and have our baby in Nov 2024!
I've never had a worse healthcare experience in my entire life. The only reason this isn't one star is because the provider, nurses and lab techs don't deserve to be lumped in with this. The communication is awful and no one is on the same page. It's clearly a case of a startup that is growing too quickly without any organization between locations and departments. Our Journey has been a long one. After going to other fertility clinics Kindbody was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was to kind and understanding. They are the reason I have my beautiful son today. I can’t thank them enough for making this process as easy as possible!
