We honestly couldn’t be happier with Kinda Mindi and the care they’ve given our girls. What stands out most to us is how well the educators know them as individuals. Even though they’re twins, they have very different personalities, and the team understands those differences. They know what makes each girl tick, what they enjoy, what they’re working on, how to encourage them s well as facilitate giving them space from each other to blossom as an individual. ⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with the management at Kinda-Mindi Alexandria, particularly regarding the handling of our son’s final day. The day before his last scheduled attendance, the centre called us because he had a high fever and specifically instructed us not to bring him back for 24 hours. We followed that instruction for the wellbeing of our son, the other children and staff. We are very happy at KindaMindi Alexandria, they have truly done everything right from the beginning. They are supportive, inclusive of all families and they seem to really value relationships and partnerships. Our little one settled very quickly due to the lovely team of educators, teachers and other staff members.
We recently started at this daycare, and we’ve had such a positive experience so far. The staff have all been incredibly welcoming, caring and attentive, making both my daughter and me feel comfortable from day one. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children, and the communication has been excellent. The centre is clean, well organised, and provides a fun, nurturing environment. The centre, the team are just amazing. They care so much about the kids. So sad to leave them due to moving location far away from the location. If wasn’t for that I wouldn’t never leave the centre.
