I am an honest person so my mentality is that if someone tells me something I believe it. This could not be further from the truth when dealing with Jack Kind. He did not only disappoint me, he let my family down. It got to the point that after he started the job, he abandoned me and I had to hire another contractor to fix what he could not do correctly in the first place.
