I heard really great things about this place and was recommended by a friend after horrible medical news and I was really looking forward to seeing how they could help me. I was immediately shot down by Ethan who answered the phone completely uncaring and nonchalant, I didn't get any of the warm welcoming and support that everyone talks about & when I asked for a manager he flat out said no.
