I feel terrible that I havent left a review sooner. I have been using Kind Laser Skin & Wellness for over a year now and have never thought of them as anything but amazing! I have thus far had such a wonderful experience. I initially had scheduled at a national chain type facility. But then after reading about and having some poor interactions, I sought out independent local facilities. I came upon Kind and I am so thrilled that I did. I have only had my first session, but I’m so happy with the results so far. I can tell I have less hair and hair growing less quickly. I’m excited to see what happens by the end of my package. I had such a wonderful experience at Kind Laser and Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. The business owner is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. I absolutely love this business. Jennifer and everyone else at Kind are all friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. I came in for a tattoo removal consult and was blown away with the quality of information, service, and promptness of care that was given. Had my first of 3 sessions to remove my previously microbladed eyebrow tattoos so I can have them redone - wish I had done this years ago! The owner honored a deal I misinterpreted which was incredibly generous and made this an attainable service for me. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, I felt comfortable through the appointment and happy with results so far!
