Jen is extremely kind, welcoming, warm and professional! I just had my first laser tattoo removal session and was a little nervous, but Jen made me feel super comfortable and at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and it was such a positive experience overall. Plus the office and rooms are so cute and filled with all kinds of Michigan made goodies and art. What a lovely place. Great service, super prompt front desk, just all around a positive experience for me, and I feel good supporting a local woman-owned company. If something isn’t right, tell them and they’ll fix it. They want you to be happy. Also, if you’ve had laser elsewhere and haven’t been happy, come here. You get REAL results. I’m sad I spent a lot of money on laser therapy that was never going to actually work for me somewhere else. But thankful I found Kind!
