Kim and her team were wonderful and made themselves available on virtually no notice, when we were told that our 86 year old mother would need 24/7 care that could not be provided by her retirement home. This made an extremely stressful situation much easier to get through, and we found the professionalism and care delivered by Kim and her team to be excellent.
