I am very disappointed with the scheduling system and, in particular, the lack of communication regarding appointment confirmation. Although I specifically called and requested that I receive confirmation by both text message and email, I never received either. Dr Hoang was very rude and condescending. If you dont answer his questions with a yes or no he gets an attitude. Also the people doing the eye tests made the eye camera TOUCH my eyeball MULTIPLE times. At least THEY were respectful though, unlike Dr Hoang.
Very good service and the doctor explained all details for it.
Love this Office. I always feel welcomed and treated with care and concern.
I was referred by my regular eye doctor to Dr. Hoang to address a cyst under my eyelid. Dr. Hoang took the time to examine my eyes, check my vision and my Rx for my eyeglass lenses and to show me exactly what kind of cyst I had. He offered several choices on how to address it and was very calm, patient and attentive throughout my appointment. Excellent care and experience.
