I had a great experience at Kind Body Wellness. The manual lymphatic drainage session was relaxing, and I could tell my body was responding afterward. Interestingly, my nose has been running ever since the treatment, which actually makes me think it helped clear out my sinuses and get my lymphatic system moving. I left feeling refreshed, and the follow up care instructions were thoughtful and encouraging.
