Wyatt and Bob in the service department saved the day for my son. We needed same day service for a flat while passing through town. They were able to help us despite being busy and it being the end of the day, but more importantly, they identified a major safety issue and immediately repaired it. Kind saved my bike trip. I destroyed my rig by bringing it on the plane from Oregon. Bob, one of the techs there, helped me figure out what I had done, and he was super nice about it. Kind got me a demo bike that was delightful, and I was able to ride. I'll be seeing these guys next year for another rental. My own bike is staying at home. Anyone want to buy a bag?
One star all day long. Multi Bike service: I requested a brake bleed on bike #1. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the left brake. Post service: same repair guy ruined my left brake while magically fixing the right handle. 🤦♂️ Bike #2 Same repair guy was condescending; talking to me like I knew nothing about bicycles. Service was done anyway but not within the parameters of what I requested. Repair guy was doubly condescending and indifferent upon collection.
