Absolutely worst doctors I have ever been to. I have had countless issues at this clinic, from multiple prescription issues, missed diagnoses and worst of all I took my 6 week old here and Dr Sandra Jones mentioned a heart condition, of course I was terrified by this statement and when I asked when to bring her back for a follow up check, she completely “forgot” and did not take it seriously or show any compassion, I never took her back and have an amazing doctor that I trust with my child at another clinic. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Mark Jones was disappointing. I often felt as though he was tired of seeing me, and when I raised legitimate health issues, he responded dismissively — at one point saying, “I think you’re healthy,” despite the fact that I was dealing with what has now been diagnosed as a genetic connective tissue disorder.
