"Buyer Beware" ...patient of 4 years. I expect a colossal rebuttal, based on B.S. "We did our utmost" "We care deeply about our patients".....etc. But, what can you say about a doctor who doesn't look at your lung XRays for two years (the news wasn't good). He doesn't know about your major illness (CFS) because an in depth review was never undertaken. I have been with this doctor for nearly 2 years now. Dr Mark has always been very attentive for an ongoing condition. The surgery is always in a clean state, receptionists are always professional. Nurses have always been available if required.
A really wonderful local Doctors surgery. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. The reception team made the booking process simple, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The doctors are attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Don't bother if your not already a patient, they will tell you not accepting, while accepting others from your family, liars
Absolutely worst doctors I have ever been to. I have had countless issues at this clinic, from multiple prescription issues, missed diagnoses and worst of all I took my 6 week old here and Dr Sandra Jones mentioned a heart condition, of course I was terrified by this statement and when I asked when to bring her back for a follow up check, she completely “forgot” and did not take it seriously or show any compassion, I never took her back and have an amazing doctor that I trust with my child at another clinic.
