Today was my first visit as a new resident locally and to SA. Dr Shaimaa and we covered everything that was required including licensing cert of fitness. I attended my appointment on time and was seen immediately. staff were cheerful and friendly. I feel confident in seeing Dr Shaimaa again as I felt comfortable and relaxed.
Simply marvellous. Professional, clean, well maintained & from reception to exit of this clinic a feeling of being valued.
Don't waste your money, find doctors that actually want to help you. Confidentiality upheld too.
One star because I can't give zero. $110 for a visit. Albanese said i only need my Medicare card, what a disgrace.
If there was an option for half a star i'd rate them with that. Management (brooke) is an absolute disgrace, some people should never have been given authority and this lady is one of them. Mental health is a serious and important thing but to them its money over health 100%.
