Terrible customer service, i called several times to get information about the place but couldn’t even get in contact with anyone, as soon as I asked for someone who speak in English (because unfortunately i don’t sound french) they hand off the call, this happened 4 times in a row, completely unprofessional and unacceptable, they can perfectly say “sorry we don’t speak English” and that it, i will understand, but be rude for no reason, i don’t think so.
