I do not recommend this place to anyone. Amber is a bully and whoever allows her to run this place is unethical! Staff lies about pricing, how much a cat must weigh before being neutered, charges non refundable fees, submits false reports, allows customers to verbally assault other customers to the point it almost got physical, shares personal info with their rescue friend, has rescue friend call me to harass me. In one word I have to say Excellent
I took my cat Bella for a wellness visit to get her 3 year rabies vaccination, worming, and microchip; however, Bella swiped at the attendant so was only able to get her rabies shot. She has never done that, and I believe it had something to do with the many barking dogs she wasn't used to. The reduced prices are fantastic! Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
