Terrible customer service at the cashier. Too busy playing with her hair to help. Totally inept and rude.
Always get good advice
We have gone to this Rona from everything from nails to large purchases. The staff have always been willing to help. Whenever we ask a question there is a staff member who has advice and provides suggestions to improve or make the job easier. Recently we had an appliance that failed shortly after purchase. They stepped up and went above and beyond to sort out the situation- they stand behind what they sell. This means a lot today! Great group of ppl and would not hesitate to purchase anything from this location.
Not very thrilled with this store. I spend a lot of money but I’ll take my business to the other building stores. Absolutely zero consistency. If you get someone who’s having a bad day, expect to be treated poorly. Sucks because I like the owner. PS: the lady with the long hair in the paint department SUCKS at matching and mixing proper paint colour. Avoid avoid avoid!
