Went to store to return item after speaking to Cindy . Spoke to Bill who was very rude and tried to say he couldn’t return it due to being another store. Cindy thankfully was there and agreed to return it . Bill became upset and signed the receipt but was rude about it. Tone of voice and behaviour towards me and Cindy was unprofessional. Thankful Cindy was nice and there .

Great products, good prices, very friendly staff. Everything you need for renovations or new build.
Always happy with Rona but not this store. Several poor experiences in store and with delivery. Lack of pride in their service and product. We will no longer support this local store.
