It’s funny reading the reviews, it seems they really go out of their way for people that are visiting. I wish they provided the same service to locals. The lab made a mistake when making my lenses. No fault of Kincardine Family Eye Care, but getting them replaced has been more than frustrating. I have been wearing my safety glasses since Oct 2. I called and asked if they could contact the lab to have them expedited, especially considering it was their mistake, but the Optician had no desire to help me. Won’t be purchasing an... read more
Great Service.
Was down at the park by the beach and lost the nose cushion for my glasses. 400m away was this place and a few minutes later I had fresh nose cushions my frames and lenses where beautifully clean and I walked away with some fresh cleaning supplies. Would 100% recommend!!
My glasses started to warp while we were on vacation in Kincardine. I walked in and the staff immediately helped me and made slight adjustments to make them fit just right. So happy with them and their level of service. Would recommend them to anyone locally.
