My glasses started to warp while we were on vacation in Kincardine. I walked in and the staff immediately helped me and made slight adjustments to make them fit just right. So happy with them and their level of service. Would recommend them to anyone locally.
Very impressed with Dr. Van Houten. He has been extremely helpful and considerate when dealing with my family’s eye care needs. He went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciate having him in Kincardine. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
We just received our second son’s first pair of glasses and what a great experience all around!! Amanda was so attentive and patient with our special needs son. She even came outside to help fit them while he waited in the vehicle. What a huge help for us parents!! Any problems you have, they deal with them immediately and call you back to let you know the status. HIGHLY recommend making these great people our new opticians!! Amazing staff and service! I’m not a usual patient here, but popped in to ask if they could repair or order me new frames for my broken glasses. Turns out they had new frames for my existing lenses in stock, and had them swapped out in a few minutes!
