Excellent facility, clean, terrific staff. Friendly well trained stylists.. many hairstyles for men and women, boys and girls, everyone is welcome here I highly recommend

I got a lot cut off. She did cut it how I wanted. But I feel I was way over charged. I had to come home a thin out my hair like 4 small handfuls more. As She did not have time. She had a customer waiting. She had to reschedule a customer and then one customer. She had scheduled came in while she was cutting. The hair had to come back. I wanted like 14 inches cut off. 1st time going to Kincaids! I was totally satisfied! I am very picky when it comes to "My Hair." Chrissy was professional & friendly. She listened to my expectations and delivered exactly what I wanted. I have received so many compliments! I am so thankful to have found myself a new Salon. I will be returning!
