They were wonderful! First of all, they answered the call. Secondly, the service tech was so nice and had the dryer fixed in 30 minutes or less. We will definitely be calling on them if we have future issues.
We have had many dealings with Kincaid and always got the best service. I just bought a couch and they gave me top notch service. They are so friendly and have a very large selection.
