I would like to make a complaint about Dr. Ashraf Fahrim. My child waited over three months for a specialist referral, which caused an unnecessary delay in care. When I spoke to him today, he did not apologise or acknowledge the delay. I feel my child’s health concerns were not taken seriously.
Great practice, clean establishment, plenty of parking space, wheelchair access throughout. The staff are friendly & welcoming, Dr’s are thorough and compassionate. A safe practice
During my appointment, I felt my concerns were not addressed.Dr Azadeh did not seem to know what was going on. She was rude when I asked questions and did not answer any of them. She did not even seem to understand why I was there. I do not know how she treats her patients based on my experience. I would not recommend seeing her.
