My doctor is very nice but the a lot of the receptionists here is terrible! I was at the clinic today (17 July) and this short-haired young girl was so rude and didn’t even wanna listen to what my followup inquiries were. Yes, she said that the GP i was scheduled with had to cancel all appointments for today (which never happened on my end, hence my presentation), but she doesn’t have to block what my other questions are.
