They put me on hold for like 10 - 15 mins And then they told me we got no appointments
Thanks Kincaid after the backwards and forwards phone calls to find medication that was in stock that miracle tablets prescribed brought us back from what felt like brink of death, and to the wonderful reception ladies thanks for being so patient yesterday
Opens at 9 so I booked for 9.30 so I didn’t have a wait, still made me wait 25+ minutes for appointment. Never on time. Doctors are great tho.
Dr Massoud is an asset to your practise. He genuinely cares about his patients!
