I have been with kincaid insurance for over 7 years and I would not go anywhere else! They are wonderful people and they get stuff done I have never had a problem with them they have helped me so much I just love working with miss Sherry!
I spoke with a lady who was very polite and knowledgeable about insurance. However, my issue was that I asked for a quote on my three vehicles and on my homeowners insurance, and she promised to email me the quotes, but never did. I called her back several days later, and she said she was, in fact, at that very moment, typing up my email. Guess what? That email never came either! So my business stayed with Farm Bureau.
