I have been searching for a new dentist and scheduled with Dr. Kincaid. My appt was scheduled for 10am, I arrived at 10:02am. My husband was the patient before me and was still back with the hygienist. I filled out the medical history paperwork while waiting and was finished by the time my husband came out. This was our first time visiting and it will be the last. The hygienist went over on my cleaning and because of that the dr was late to visit me afterwards. My wife had the appointment after me and after getting xrays the hygienist told her that she would not receive a cleaning today then when she complained about it, was told she would receive a dental exam today because she was late. I have always hated going to the Dentist since I was a little kid over 60 years ago. My Mother made us go which now I am so grateful that she did because I still have all of my teeth. Over the years I have seen 4 different dentists. I never enjoyed the visits but kept going to protect my teeth. Then about 6 years ago I found Dr. Kincaid.
