Dr Kincade is the most heartless and dehumanizing doctor I have ever seen. Even my ever-optimistic friend who attended my in-person appointment with me was appalled. I would highly recommend making the trip to Kelowna if this man is your only local option. I was assigned to Dr Kincade after presenting to PRH’s ER in 2022. I saw him for issues including, but not limited to, hypothyroidism and dysautonomia so severe that I could hardly eat, I had to stop working, and I was fainting regularly. Dr. Kincade is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets to the heart of the problem! I'm grateful to have him as my cardiologist.
I was referred to Dr Kincade after an overnight ER admittance for frequent premature ventricular complexes. This printout of my heart rhythm from telemetry was given to him for evaluation. He ordered an echocardiogram which showed that my heart has normal structure and function. Dr Kincade did not diagnose the rhythm. Two years later when I reported to him via telephone appointment that I was still experiencing episodes, he felt confident that it never happened and suggested that I seek pychiatric care.
I met Dr. Kincade when I arrived in the emergency at PRH. He impressed me immediately with his caring attitude. Initially, I thought my breathing issue was totally related to my lung condition. Yet, Dr. Kincade noticed a heart problem. He is intelligent and caring.
