Before starting, he gave a thorough explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. Fred did a thorough fireplace inspection, took care of a minor chimney repair, and cleaned the fireplace immaculately. KCI Painting services & Chimney Cleaning Services sent someone out yesterday to put a new cap on my chimney. The old one was rusty and letting in some debris. They got the new cap on pretty quick, like under an hour. I’m impressed how neat they were because they clean my fire place too, didn’t leave any mess behind.
