I am very satisfied with the services that I have received and continue to receive from Kina’ole Case Management. From the initial conversation that I had with Megan, I could tell that she was listening and empathetic to my concerns for my loved one. When I had questions, she answered them right away or got back to me within a reasonable time frame, if she was not sure of the answer. Norieann and her team are very responsive and very experienced in their field. I am a caregiver and upon admission of a client, Norieann and her team work seamlessly to provide the utmost support to both caregiver and to families needs. I initially tried to find care for our father on my own. But I soon found it to be a time consuming, stressful process ... and I wasn't getting fruitful, timely results. Noreen & her crew are GOD SEND amazing! She provided me resources to places that I got answers and If they didn’t have answers sent me someone who did. She was able to help me build a team of private hire CNA’s to help care for both my parents. And that team of CNAs has been AMAZING! Thank you team Kina’ole!
