Should be NEGATIVE 5 stars honestly. Absolute waste of time to go here, the urologist shows less interest than a regular doctor. If referred here, immediately ask your doctor for someone else. Had an appt on Jan 28th at 115pm. Wait time was long, didn't get seen till 210pm (I have no issues waiting, it happens) HOWEVER, I was given barely 1 minute to be seen. Very professional doctor, great communication, the front desk staff are very friendly. He helped me with my testicular cancer surgery and also my circumcision would highly recommend.
One of the worst experiences with respect to service. Checked in with front desk, waited 35 min. Before asking what the delay was and was told they didn't know I was there and that I was a no show. When I complained to Dr. kinahan, he was defensive and cavalier with the remark that I am just here to check your prostate! Don't,t talk to me about the front desk.
Minimal wait time and excellent patient care. Very personable and engaging professionalim at work here. Dr. Kinahan made two hospital appointments for me which usually have a 4-6 week waiting period. I had 2 calls from the KGH within 2 days and 2 appointments within a week. I am so grateful for the diligent care I have received from Dr. Kinahan and our health care system.Thank you so much.
