This was my first time and I lovvvveeeee it. Some times it can be nerve wracking finding a new waxer. Now, now, now not just any wax but a BRAZILIAN. I felt so comfortable and express any concerns. Erica was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Very thorough and I recommend . An amazing experience.

I do not recommend this business. I would like a refund please for no services being performed and being ghosted. I was supposed to have an appointment on July 15th at 1:00PM, and at 10:00AM that day I received a call from Erica saying she had to reschedule last minute because her family experienced an unexpected loss, which I totally understand. I’ve been calling since Saturday no answer and they are closed Sunday and Monday today is Tuesday still calling and no answer the website is also down I was able to send a message via the website but no response is this a one person business anyway I will update this review if I can get in contact with someone toodles
