Front staff is horrible. Very unprofessional and miserable.
The staff here are totally useless. Calling to book for an appointment for something urgent, now while the doctors are fine, the secretaries are totally useless. Booked me, ok fine, suddenly I get a call, they can't have me see the doctor because his sick, ok fine, that's not his fault, but what kind of BS is it that they say they can't have me see someone else which they have done before for a previous time that was urgent just two years ago. The Staff is amazing and super nice and Dr N. Shenouda is the best doctor to have highly recommended.
Staff are always accommodating and courteous. Dr. Shenouda has been the best GP I have ever seen.
