I have shopped here many times and lately always seems to have an issue. Getting paint takes forever. Seems like they always have an issue with the system and do a poor job communicating to customers how long it might take. Today I was not even able to get paint at all.
Clean and organized
Did a couple projects at my parents home around the area. I came here for a few items, a few times hahah. In the same day, myself or my mom came here 4 times for parts or tools. We came for outlets, pliers, and some other small miscellaneous electrical related items. Also, Joe at the help desk was extremely helpful. He asked questions that helped me remember my list of supplies, and better understand the project I was working on so he could be of even better assistance. I was looking for something specific. The team member was very patient with me and showed me how I could clean up my flashlight myself. Then he found the silver polish I was seeking. Very professional and patient. I will return.
