I’ve been seeing this OBGYN since I was 19, for almost 8 years, and this is not the same doctor anymore. You wait 3 months for an appointment just for the front desk to call and tell you to reschedule because the doctor is on vacation — even when you explain it’s an emergency. It honestly feels like he does everything possible to avoid seeing Fidelis patients. The care is completely different now. He became money-focused and dismissive. DR. KONG IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! I TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE AND MY BABYS LIVES. Dr. Kong delivered both of my children in 2 seperate C- sections. He recently delivered my 2nd baby & tied my tubes in the same procedure. I couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable & trustworthy Doctor than Dr. Kin Ching Kong. My family and I are beyond grateful for this Man!!!! Thank you sooo much Dr. Kong for being you!!! You are the BEST, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
For anyone who is pregnant, I strongly recommend avoiding this OB. If you choose to go anyway, good luck—you’ll see what I mean. The only star goes to the reception team.
