Poor customer service. Recently moved to unit which had the ducted air con installed by Kimy Air and we had some programming issues with it. Called them 3-4 times for service but they kept telling me one of their technicians will contact me which didn't happen for e weeks and finally I found another company to fix the issue.
Very disorganised. Darking is definitely, the place to go.
