They couldn't take off my nails .... I had the dipping powder nails on and they had no tools to take them off to get a shellac manicure..:( I was disappointed . Also she told me that she didn't have enough time to try and take them off and said she had to turn me away. Terrible service And for just shellac they are way over priced
