I was a customer of Kim’s for YEARS & during that time I was extremely uncomfortable due to a woman by the name of Susan an “employee” that I’ve never once actually seen working to clean the shop. All she does is talk the entire time. She has gone out of her way to make me feel unwelcome because it’s not a secret that I don’t care for the woman but I loved how Kim cut my hair so I’d continue on. Kim is the best and sweetest! She makes getting a haircut or style fun and comfortable for myself and kiddos. We have been going to Kim's Salon since we moved here, I highly recommend her services
