I came in as a walk-in to have my haircut corrected. They were a number of barbers very busy, veryclean. and welcoming. I was open to whoever was going to cut my hair, but the universe selected Mark. I felt very confident because they had really good reviews on Google and I was desperate. I needed to believe that my hair could be cut correctly. I think they need to add to the list of services women’s haircuts.
The haircut was amazing, Jeremy did a great job. Very professional and impressive.
Need to learn more about customer service, they have no clue what that is!
I called for a 9 appointment . I received a call back asking for 10:AM. I was there at 9:45 and did not get a haircut until 11:15. I got the feeling I was not welcome.
