Went with my wife for a walk in appointment. Two men were in the shop, neither looked up or greeted us. My wife asked if anyone could take her; she has a “men’s” haircut and essentially needed a good clean up. She was told no- no explanation, no apology, no suggestions for another time. Horrible way to treat another human being, sad it’s 2026 and common decency is not standard. Do better.

Was willing to try a place but there’s no phone number to call and speak to somebody or make an appointment. It’s ridiculous that they expect people to have to download an app just to set an appointment.

I came in as a walk-in to have my haircut corrected. They were a number of barbers very busy, veryclean. and welcoming. I was open to whoever was going to cut my hair, but the universe selected Mark. I felt very confident because they had really good reviews on Google and I was desperate. I needed to believe that my hair could be cut correctly. I think they need to add to the list of services women’s haircuts.
