I had a suit and 2 pairs of pants hemmed. I tried on the suit paints to be measured. The employee insisted that the other pants didn’t need to be tried on. They were different pants and should have been truer on and measured. All 4 pieces of clothing are ruined. Everything was way too short. $500 of clothing ruined. I do not recommend getting clothes altered there.
Wonderful seamstress. Very professional and works wonders. I would highly recommend !
I never had a problem with Kim*s Cleaners. Shirts always came back dry-cleaned perfectly
I dropped off 3 maxi dresses for minor alterations. One just needed a seam split and the other two just needed two inches taken and hemmed. IT COST ME $47!!! THAT'S MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE DRESSES TO BEGIN WITH. She also kept the receipt that listed what each dress cost. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone go there!!! There's a lovely woman in Mayfield that would've done all 3 for just $12. Unfortunately I found out after the fact. But I will definitely be using that woman in the future!!!
