This is a wretched establishment and that’s putting it nicely. The customer service is awful. U ask for help, and it’s a huge inconvenience. Their wig selection is terrible. Horrible displays. Y’all could be an elite beauty supplier seeing how you’re the only one on the area. Instead, you employ rude and lazy workers, but that’s the standard the owner sets. “Kim” is the worst one of all. Only hair store I know in palaka so it has to be a 5 star for existing. Plus if you buy a lot Kim will look out sometimes which is quite nice with nowadays expenses

I went in today with my newborn baby to buy hair color. They don’t have baskets or buggies to carry product in so I had baby in one hand and product and another my baby down so that I can take everything out of my hands and accidentally dropped a bottle of color, right in front of the counter. I told the clerk, Mr. Kim himself that the bottle had busted. He goes on to tell the other cashier to get the mop to clean it up. He rings me up and cashes me out and tell me have a nice day.
