Being a person of color we all know that products , cost and customer services is just those reasonable services that bring us back weekly to a beauty supply’s stores. This is a wretched establishment and that’s putting it nicely. The customer service is awful. U ask for help, and it’s a huge inconvenience. Their wig selection is terrible. Horrible displays. Y’all could be an elite beauty supplier seeing how you’re the only one on the area. Instead, you employ rude and lazy workers, but that’s the standard the owner sets. “Kim” is the worst one of all. Only hair store I know in palaka so it has to be a 5 star for existing. Plus if you buy a lot Kim will look out sometimes which is quite nice with nowadays expenses
