I live in the Glenwood Springs area. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. They helped me with my kitchen drain. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Got the job done quick. The price was very reasonable also. Will be calling them again in the future for other repairs.

We have used Kim's for years now. They have worked on everything from our garbage disposal to our shower and toilet replacements. We have them scheduled for work on our boiler as well! Highly recommended!!

We had to call Kim’s 4 times over the course of about a year because of our old copper pipes, and they’d usually be out within 24 hours. We always had Thurman come out to our house. He was incredibly respectful, very good at explaining what is causing our issues, and explaining how he fixed it. At the end of each job, he’d actually take a piece of pipe that he cut out to physically show me the issue/damage. Kim’s is fantastic. Had an issue with drain and was an emergency since we were moving in two days. Kim’s came out same day fixed issue!! So grateful they were fast and efficient We had used previously for other issue same great results
