I don't normally leave Google reviews but I thought I should post just to advise others. TLDR: Gel manicure didn't last 4 days after getting them done, service depends on nail tech I booked an appointment online for a gel manicure with nail art for my partner and I. When I walked in I stated that I had made a booking but I don't think this was looked at at all. My sister and I decided to check out this place today for the first time after I did some research on nail salons in Windsor that allow short notice for appointments. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to do exactly what we had wanted because I have never been. Needless to say we were both blown away by the results, very friendly staff peaceful environment and we’re absolutely obsessed with our nails!! We’ve decided we are going to make this our monthly sister date spot! 10/10
My Mother and I waited over an hour from our appt. We were Just to get a mani/,pedi and we wete waiting to even get into what were empty chairs. Also. They kept taking walk'ins. My nails never got soaked before my manicure. The young woman was "in school" but didn't have a certificate. I did not want to complain but my nails peeled within a couple of days. It took 3 weeks for them to grow back.
