Very disappointed in service. Had appointment at 1pm. Taken after which was ok. Had gel manicure. Was out by 1:25p. Increased price but diminished services. Had to come home and file my nails. They were left ragged. Will not go back
I got a pedicure today as a walk in and left the salon at 12:25 PM after waiting 20 min for my toes to dry. I did not put on closed toed shoes til after 5 PM. I went to dinner for my birthday at 6:30 this evening and when I got home my polish was textured because it never fully dried. The price point was great but buyer beware.
I called to make a pedicure appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the following day! So clean and professional. The pedicure was exactly what I needed! I really wanted a spa pedicure, but due to time availability they only had time for a regular gel pedicure. It was my fault for not asking about the pedicure packages - I understand this from previously working in the service industry. I will be returning to schedule a spa pedicure next month! Got a pedicure from Angel as a walk-in, and she was fabulous! I don't understand the negative reviews (only a few) at all, as my experience was exceptional. The vast majority of the reviews were like my experience, which is very telling. Angel did recommend that I schedule an appointment next time, which I will certainly do.
