Very rude and unpleasant lady! She cut my nails twice. First time it was great and had a very pleasant experience, and tired her accordingly. Second time, it was torture, she couldn't cut the cuticles so she literally ripped off both toes. I have been in pain on and off for a few weeks, thinking pain would go away. Today I called her telling her about my situation, she told me it was an ingrown nail! I never had this issue my whole life, until I went to her salon. Coming from out of town, my one-time experience was great. Kim took me the same day (a Saturday). She did a very nice dipping powder + gel manicure for me. Nice salon.
