Eight years ago a dear friend of mine convinced me to finally go for my first pedicure (and mind you I was in my late sixties, then l o l). She took me to kim and michael's place and i've been with them ever since. The atmosphere is relaxing and and the services are excellent. Kim and Michael truly care about their clients and are just as concentrated on the health of your nails as the look. I enjoy spending my time with them at my bi-monthly appointments. Very rude and unpleasant lady! She cut my nails twice. First time it was great and had a very pleasant experience, and tired her accordingly. Second time, it was torture, she couldn't cut the cuticles so she literally ripped off both toes. I have been in pain on and off for a few weeks, thinking pain would go away. Today I called her telling her about my situation, she told me it was an ingrown nail! I never had this issue my whole life, until I went to her salon. Coming from out of town, my one-time experience was great. Kim took me the same day (a Saturday). She did a very nice dipping powder + gel manicure for me. Nice salon.
