Kim is customer oriented to the extreme. Hard to find nail salons like this, you will never see a drimal, everything is done by hand. She puts your socks, shoes & coat on & even opens the door for you. She has walk me out to my car carrying my stuff & started it for me. Don't expect a airbrush design though, she does simple nails, hand painted only. If you are looking to get pampered this is the place. I had to give them one star to write this review otherwise they wouldn't get anything. I went in yesterday for my eyebrows and she took 80% of them off! To the point people asked me why did she do that! You know what she told me?? Pencil it in and I can't get my money back. For a business owner to give that advice to fix her mistake is deplorable. I've been going to Kim's since I was a kid. Kim is very friendely and hires really great people. They take their time to really pamper you with scrubs and putting wax on your hands or feet. Kim will even put designs on your nails for free, especially if you're a young girl. Excellent service!
