Bad customer service. Went last year. The nail tech was great but the men/ manager/ owner? Unhappy rude. Just stop in again. Man said what do u want said acrylic. Nope no more appointments today. Ok told my daughter I would skip it and wait for her. The man said what do u want. When she said dip he laughed like he was Annoyed said nothing walked away. Started to look at his schedule sheet. We just walked out.
I usually go to Kim’s nails in surf city but they were closed today. Got a pedicure and it felt very rushed and the nail tech was so rough. No foot scrub no lotion…. I’ll stick to the surf city location.
