Horrible! Cut so much of my nail off that left exposed skin of my nail bed AND looks bad (doesn't match the rest of my nails). Now I have to wait for nail to grow back and will have to wear bandaid to protect exposed skin. Nail tech was so rude when I brought this to her attention and told me I was being dramatic. I told her that I didn't want her to continue my manicure. I waited for my friend to finish her pedicure and then we left before my friend could get her mani done. Don't waste time or money here!
