Id give zero stars but thiers no option. I was refered by alex from o.t to Mr jones regarding my broken wrist, carpel tunnel and other things. Throughout the appointment I was refered to as a "nhs patient" and took them 3 weeks to gain my xrays from medway hospital, as he wouldn't even re xray me as "i was costing the nhs enough" according to Mr jones. I had the most amazing experience at Kim’s today - all of the nurses, the surgeon & the anaesthetist were absolutely wonderful - they couldn’t have been more helpful and made me feel at ease the whole time. My sincerest thank you😊
Fantastic private consultations but watch out for extra fees from the hospital itself. Was told £210 for ENT and this would include microsuction then billed an extra £100 plus by the hospital. It's a scam and I don't pay scammers. Simple as that
