Best gym in town. Its great having the equipment you need without 100 people sharing machines
Periodic visits from out of town — Kim is responsive, kind & personable. She accommodates me graciously by arranging times to meet her to get set up with a day pass. She makes it easy to get 24 hour access as a non local user / member. The gym is clean, organized, & has everything you need, regardless of your fitness approach. Based on her demeanor, the literature around the gym, in addition to her certifications & trainings, I’d be willing to bet she is an excellent trainer too!
Just finished my first week as a member. Kims gym is great! Lots of cardio equipment and has everything you need for a weight training routine. Very clean and well maintained.
Super supportive coaches and class leaders. Wouldn't have the strength, balance and fitness without such a supportive community. Classes offer great value
Owner was very professional and nice. We were made to feel welcome even though we were not from Salida. Thank you Kim. Forget the other gym.
