Ken is a nice guy but sometimes rushes you off the phone, a very straightforward approach. I would suggest you look at alternative options for your hardware like hinges and handles, Ken doesn't mind if you supply. I'm very happy with the glass and install and the price was way better in comparison to other glass places.
